Cage Panels have arrived in Fox Lake!
Come check out the over 50 feet of cage panels and ring ropes at the Fox Lake location! The addition of these elements to our training facility will be sure to enhance your training experience, whether for sport, self defense (or if you just need something to lean on when you’re trying to stretch)!

KIDS JIUJITSU CLASS NOW AVAILABLE AT OUR FOX LAKE SCHOOL!
We are now offering a Jiujitsu class for kids ages 9 to 14 at our Fox Lake School. The class will be held on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 5:50 to 6:45pm and Saturdays from 11:30 to 12:25. Click Here for more information!
MORNING/ NOON CLASSES NOW RUNNING IN FOX LAKE!
Our Fox Lake school is now running a Strength & Conditioning classes Monday and Wednesday mornings from 11:00 to 11:45. Also on Mondays is a Basic Striking class from 12:00 to 1:00, and on Wednesdays a Jiujitsu class from 12:00 to 1:00. Check the Fox Lake Schedule Page for more changes to the Fall Schedule!
